My Story

The actual name of this blog was Hunting Greens and Pickles. I thought this would be a catchy title. After some time I just did not like it, so I tried another catchy title.

For all practical purposes this blog is about my genealogical research. For years I maintained my family research on the web at a Tripod website and a Geocities Website. IThe Tripod site is still extant... just Google Tripod and greenweeks. This will give you access to Gedcoms etc. Be warned much of that information is somewhat dated. If you have questions contact me.

Obviously two families from which I descend is the Pickles of Monroe County, Mississippi and the Greens of Lawrence County, Tennessee....remember the old title.
